Postal4 Civvie11 Voicepack

Description
Civvie CV-11 Eleven, by day a wholesome youtuber with funny hat, by night a crack-dealer (actually, by day too). But it all ended when Randy gave a tip to the Advent. Now on the run, Xcom offers a safe place to hide.

References to CV11's channel etc

Works for both Vanilla and WotC, full support for Heroes

you know, honestly, I find that a lot of the environments in these Xcom 2 maps are copied and pasted. whole settlements, ADVENT checkpoints, so it gets a little confusing

Eh, do it at your own pace, I can wait, I am just surprised no one added the Nomad and Shotty Bandits yet, we pretty much only got the Psycho, and we none of Hyperion's minions
