Description
This mod is a resource for other modders and has been sliced out from a larger Empire reskin/rework I am building. This probably not something you want to play with like normal.

This is a template for giving a unit the ability to summon/transform and allow the subsequent unit to have its own summoned unit. I use Empire Pistoliers to demonstrate by simulating a dragoon type transformation where Pistoliers transform to Dismounted Pistoliers and the Dismounted Pistoliers can then spawn their riderless mounts.

The basic idea is all possible spawned units are loaded at the start via hidden and passive spawn abilities on the starting unit. Subsequent units then use up the loaded units for their own summons.

I do not think so. Paperpancake, who wrote the scripted part of this, did not know of a function that could also adjust down health. We have one more DLC coming though, so maybe we'll get lucky and CA will add a battlemanager function for that.

Can we link the health of the spawning unit to the predecessor unit?

This potentially allows cav to mount and dismount, artillery to unlimbering and relimber, infantry to fix and unfix bayonets.

Will this potentially enable cav to dismount, then mount again?
Great way to replenish vigour if each "stage" is considered a separate instance of a unit
