initial dash speed lowered (11 -> 7) //WHY WAS IT SO BIG

parry animation adjusted

dtilt startup decreased (6 -> 5)

ftilt startup increased (9 -> 11)
ftilt animation has been adjusted

dattack hitpause increased (i forgor)
dattack whiff sound plays before hit now

hurtboxes adjusted, some still had pre-resprite hurtboxes
