TLE: Space Templar Helm

Description
Just an Emissive recolour of the TLE Space Force Helm to fit in with Templar colours, done with the help and at the request of Deadput (while he hasn't got the SDK installed).

Credits
Deadput - for altering the DIF to make the base colour not negatively impact the Emissive colour.
