Rainbow Tech (OUTDATED)

Description
I found the default tech things to be a little too bland for me, and I found that shifting colors could assist in that, so I attempted to make some of the tech a little more colorful.

Currently supports (as far as I am aware): Dash, Air Dash, Double Jump, Multi Jump, and Wall Jump(?). Basically any tech that uses the animation of the default dash or jump is changed. This should include modded techs, as long as their animation uses the same that the Dash and Double Jump techs do.

Doesn't currently support any of the Distortion Sphere variants, Rocket Jump, Sprint, or Blink Dash. This is because they use a different animation than the default Dash and Double Jump techs, plus certain parts would be hard to get to work properly (especially in the case of Distortion Sphere). Also doesn't support modded techs that don't use the default Dash or Double Jump animations.

This mod is now discontinued, except in the case of errors in the base provided mod. This is due to the fact that the other techs will be more difficult to get right, especially things like Distortion Sphere, which have both assigned frames and the ability to freeze the item, so the look will not shift colors while not moving. Due to this, I have decided that it may be better if I left this mod to be discontinued.

Let me know if there are any issues.

It should be compatible with any other mods that don't change the tech texture rendering, but it does only change the mentioned techs. I've used Ultra-Techs before, and the dash/jump techs from those seem to work with this, as well, since it seems to use the same animation rendering.

is this compatible with other mods and multiplayer?

It's entirely possible, I just don't have enough experience with client/server side things (since I play singleplayer anyway, and if I do play multiplayer, I'd do it with a shared modpack), so I'm not the best to ask about this. :P

Oh, I see. I think it should still be client-side still but I could be wrong.

It's not really a retexture, since I was originally planning to have more of these (like other colors) and didn't want to spend forever on getting it to fit, especially since I'm not a good pixel artist. So it actually uses a hueshift thing on the tech files themselves, to modify the frames. Which may make it server-side.

It's just a retexture so I can't imagine it'd be server-side

Alright, fair. I'll test it out on a server soon, thanks for replying.

I'm not as developed with how to go about getting it to work, about whether it's client-side or server-side, what I do know is that it modifies player tech files. I feel like it may be server-side, but I can't be positive.

Does the owner of the server need to have this as well?
