This building has 1,628 tris. It uses 512x1024 diffuse, specular, normal, alpha, and illumination textures. The LOD version has 58 tris and 256x512 textures. It is 277 feet tall (84 meters) with 23 floors. It is an entirely unique building and is not based on anything else. These are difficult to make and take a lot of time. You can help by sharing it I guess.
This is a ploppable rico office and employs 190.

The game might call it "Generic" instead of "Small" so sorry about that.
