More Realistic and Faster Vehicles

Description
I noticed that a 25 minute drive in real life took 4 hours in game, and that some things that would seem to make sense (like quad bikes having a search bonus) were not reflected in the game. So, I created this mod to balance it out.

In general, vehicle speeds are 2x the normal speed, just like the original "SpeedMod" in the workshop. I also tweaked some vehicle attributes. Below is a complete list of changes:

Traffic speed increased for the motorbike, so it goes 80% of it's top speed in traffic jams instead of 50%.
Armour increased to 20% for polpickup.
SWAT Van transport seats reduced to 0 and patrols set to false. Setting this to false doesn't seem to do anything, though.

ADDED VEHICLES:
"Personally owned vehicles" were added. This means that the team member is driving the car that they personally own. It offers zero work bonus and goes a lot slower than other vehicles, but can be useful for things like staging medics at a concert or having "volunteer firefighters" going to calls in their own vehicles.

A "fire command pickup" was added which is the fire equivalent of the Fly Car. It offers no bonuses but goes fast.

A "Ladder Crew" was added, which is just the default ladder truck with four seats. It uses the default ladders image. The default ladder truck's image was then changed to reflect the fact that it only has two seats.

Finally, a "quint" was added. A quint is somewhat of a cross between a ladder and an engine. It features a small bonus to both "tall" and "fire", and carries more water than a ladder but less than the firetruck.

That is not true. In reality, a medical SUV or pickup truck is used as a supervisor vehicle and cannot transport.

In the past, station wagons were used as ambulances. However, that was generally before we were providing advanced prehospital care. At that time, transport was treatment, so having space or equipment didn't matter as much. Occasionally, you may still find a search and rescue vehicle which is lighter than an ambulance and retains transport capabilities (like an ATV), but those units have to transport to an awaiting ambulance rather than going directly to an emergency room.

Why Medical Fly Car transport ability was removed? In reality, it can carry patients.

J I gotta say with your explanation on the "why" I am actually ok with this. I thought it was a case of a bug conflict but the fact you chose to do that for accuracy's sake makes it actually ok for me.

With how you explained it I am going to just learn to deal with the lack of space in some things. I do appreciate the thought of making a tweaked version though! I hope I get to see more awesome work from you in the future because I really like the attention to detail and accuracy!

This mod does tweak the capacity of some vehicles. The EMS fly car has the capacity reduced to zero, but it adds a treatment bonus. The transport ambulance is made to only have the capacity of 2, same as the rescue, but it is made cheaper. The reason for this is because we would never use a fly car to transport since it does not meet the legal minimums for an ambulance, it is generally just a supervisor vehicle or quick response vehicle (just like the motorcycle). We also would pretty much never triple-stack patients in the back of the ambulance because we do not have enough space or personnel. The only exception to that that I have ever seen was when none of the patients were injured and one of them was a baby being held by the mother, but that was still a special case.

Unfortunately I lost my original version of this mod when I changed computers, otherwise I would happily make a separate version with the transport capacity intact

Hey J I have a question for you, does this mod tweak capacity of some vanilla vehicles?

Using another mod that does add transport capacity to some vehicles and tweaks speed with yours well... the speed is well... the two mods BOTH add to the speed. (Honestly was kinda nice having some things get super fast lol)

The thing is while the speed increases add together your mod seems to cause the extra capacity in those vehicles to disappear so they go back to vanilla.

You have a great mod going but I just wanted to mention this slight conflict in the off chance that there is some line of code that is able to be tweaked (and you feel up to it) it would be great.
