Subspace Tunneler Item

Description
Adds a somewhat rare and expensive one time use item to the game called a Subspace Tunneler that allows wormhole creation. The wormhole distance and the duration it remains open increases with rarity, and the cooldown between uses decreases. The legendary version of the item requires the Twitch Boss addon, and allows the creation of a permanent wormhole.

Shite!!!! SPENT 4 hours killing this boss and he dropped nothing!!!! no permanent tunnels! what is the item name please so I'll cheat it in? I can't do that again!
only thing 4d43 xxxx xxxxx xxx legernadary dropped from boss from the center of the galaxy I used it and found the tunneler boss location (red marker) now when I use it it just says 4c 6f61 xxx xxx xxx that's it please help!!!

Multiple players could pool up a set of them and make supremely long jumps across the galaxy if there wasn't a cooldown. It isn't entirely necessary, but it was what my server admins wanted for it. I can make a version without the cooldown if anyone was interested

I'm curious. If it's a one-time use item, why is there a cooldown? Shouldn't the rarity already keep players from stocking up too many of them at once?
