Legend Oaks Pack #1

Description
This pack consists of 3 houses (1, 2 and 3) in my Legend Oaks series (a fairly typical upscale American suburban neighborhood in Chapel Hill, NC, USA). All the houses have color variations, so you can plop down more than one, or just let the game plop them willy-nilly throughout your Residential zones. You'll probably want to create a custom Building Theme to make your own Legend Oaks neighborhood. You'll probably also want to disable the grass sprites or you'll have weeds in your yards!
This first pack also contains a sign to identify the neighborhood, for you to plop down at the entrance.

I prefer my assets to be "vanilla", so I've not used any additional custom assets. This means you'll get vanilla trees, which some folks hate. So I've included separate versions of each house with no trees, and you can plop beautiful custom trees to your heart's content!

All Legend Oaks homes are 4x4 lots (since in real-life they are on 1-3 acres), and add only a few vanilla assets.

Models created with Blender; textures with paint.NET. 1000 to 1500 tris per house (120 to 200 for LoD models); 426 tris for the entrance sign (110 for LoD model); all houses use identical 1K textures (so huge RAM savings from the Loading Screen mod). All screenshots were taken with Ultimate Eyecandy (noonish, -39.4 by 76.25, 1.9 global, 1.1 ambient) & Laviante LUT (no color correction, Tonemapping, no Bloom).

Many thanks to Citywokcitywall for his Asset Creation tutorials, and Ronyx69 for clsmodding.info.

@lieuallen hey there thanks for the response. Yeah I do have Ultimate Eyecandy and I use the bleak luts primarily. It's all good. I can't wait to expand my Legend Oaks subdivision!

@breed4me22: I do know that the "white" color I picked is pretty bright. But that's because my house in Legend Oaks is white, and it's pretty bright!
You may want to look into changing your LUT -- Ultimate Eyecandy lets you adjust all sorts of settings, and you'll get just the colors you want. The images for this pack were taken with the Laviante LUT, and some Eyecandy adjustments (detailed above).

Hey there @lieuallen I have downloaded all of your Legend Oaks homes. I love them...but I just have one concern...it's not huge, but they are very bright in the game. Not sure if there's a way to tone down the brightness? Otherwise, keep on creating. I can't wait to see more!

Looks great! :D

NEW & IMPROVED! I've completely re-done the textures (1K and shared by all houses), and added more detail to the models. And yet, each asset is now 3MB instead of 9MB -- that's progress!
Everything should update automatically, but you may want to unsubscribe and then resubscribe just to be sure....

@osarak63: I'm determined to complete my plans for the Legend Oaks neighborhood -- 3 down, 9 to go! But I'll definitely put Cook Out on my list. My wife and I used to eat there!

These are some nice houses. Great work. Since you're from NC, I would like to make a suggestion. You've heard of Cook Out, right? It's a fast food burger chain native to your state and and is spread almost all around the Southeastern US (only Florida doesn't have any locations, yet). If possible, could you make an asset based off on one?

@Dimensional One: Sorry. And you're welcome! :-)
