This is just prop, so you can place it without any DLC.. I do suggest that you have find it 2 mod to easily find this asset .

do i need any DLC to use this?

@Albion probably not during this semester. I am not fully confident for my time available and the skill of creating the assets (fighter jet might be OK, but not that confident in buildings) . But pretty welcome for the comment about what people are expecting to see, and if I also feel it is interesting, I'll put it in my list and probably make it first. At this time, fighter jet is going to be the majority of my creation, coming with some weapons prop, tractor prop and some additional prop for more realism, then maybe a little buildings, and then some warship (I miss the DDG-51)
