There are some steps to get this to work

1. Click "Subscribe to All"
2. Go into Options>Keyboard>Advanced
3. Make sure "Enable developer console" is ticked
4. Open the console by pressing ` (next to 1 and in between ESC and TAB)
5. Type bind / playermodel_selector
6. Join a game and press the button that you chose to open the Playermodel Selector
7. Be swag
