Is the mod client side? And if not client side, is repacking allowed?

Sadly I cant use your mod on my dedicated-server without deactivating signaturecheck.

"TFL_Maps.pbo" is signed as "TFL_Maps.pbo.MattyIce.bisign"
Expected key: "MattyIce.bikey"
Key in /keys is "TFL_Maps.pbo.bikey"
