No, it doesn't have any specific real life version that I was trying to attempt, but there are a few buildings like it, that I took elements from. There's a University building here in the UK in Nottingham that a lot of elements were taken from!
As for those ideas for new project suggested by segasonicshadow17, I like the Belarussian model, and I do have a building that is going to come out in a bit, that is quite similar!
The Ukrainian buildings are a little bit more on the Neo-Classical, and I would worry that I wouldn't be able to capture the decorative details! But...who knows! One day.
