Gem Smithing

Description
Gem Smithing, as the name implies, lets you craft gems. You can make flawless gems and soul gems at any smelter in Skyrim. With this mod, general goods merchants like Belethor and others carry three times more gems than they would previously.

My other mod More Soul Gems stocks merchants with 4 times more soul gems than they had before, as well as adding 3 times more soul gems to the random loot you find all over Skyrim.

If you have requests for this mod, or ideas for a new one, let me know in the comments!

This is cool, especially since I am big into gems in real life.

Why don't you make a mod that adjust the value of self-filled gems? They have the same value as empty soul gems and that's a complete nonsense.

Here's an idea: a mod where you can use Magicka to fill a soul gem.

Great mod! Is it possible to design a chest that can either completely empty all the different types of gems off of your character or allows you to put only specific gems in storage? Yet will allow you to completely empty the contents or take only what you want to take out? Is this container is possible to make, please place it near the Breezehome or next to the wall behind the Breezehome. Please and thanks.

Make sure you let it install in the skyrim loader. Try to put it as low in the load order as possible if you already did that.

I have a very long memory. :D I keep an eye on potential and those who can grasp the vision I lend to them. Ill keep watch on this one as I am keeping watch on others. I look forward to seeing where you take this mod from here on.

Like you said, a lot of work. I have another project that I need to finish. I've even halted the development of several other mods that I would rather be working on to finish this one. What you're suggesting I do would require me to step back from that project, and spend a minimum of a 3 weeks to a month working on this.

You've done the hard part for me, which is figuring out exactly what needs to happen, but I won't be able to do make it happen for several months, at which time, you'll probably have forgotten we ever had this exchange.

You've got the idea. You should make it into a mod.
