Wharf 2

Description
Check out Wharf 1 as well!

While being built for an industrial purpose, wooden piers like this one, found in many North American cities such as Seattle are now renovated and repurposed as office spaces, recreational areas and tourist attractions. With their rich history and uncommon appearance, these structures are quite remarkable. Especially in Seattle, the old piers complement the city's connection to water and it's landscape. I made them to represent a part of Seattle's character. Imagine sitting in one of the wharf's cafes watching the Elliot Bay and the skyline with it's neon signs and the rainy weather... I love it!

Made specifically for the amazing Columbia City series by Pres on youtube. I highly recommend to check it out!

Don't forget to use the Pier Signs with this. They will come in handy when you place this down multiple times. Made specifically for this, they allow giving every wharf an individual number - just like in real life.

A bit more technical stuff:

This currently includes one version with color variations on the walls.

Note that this file only includes the buildings themselves. I made sure to disable automatic terraforming, so you can easily place them on slopes. But still, placing them directly on water isn't possible.

I made the actual structure below the wharf from "Docks" by Ronyx69 and pillars from the vanilla pedestrian paths.

Also a "Wharf Lamp 2" is included, which the buildings use. You are able to use this freely as well.

The building acts a unique building, as I needed the larger footprint. No RICO definiton, just add it yourself. There is a guide for it. Several mods allow you to plop the building down more than once (Move It!, Find It!, and Ploppable RICO for example).

The purpose of this section is to give insight into the asset's technical details, as well as its efficiency (you can judge that from the amount of triangles and the texture size). ON top of that, here you get information about the amount of individual assets in this workshop file, as well as each file name, making it easier to find the assets ingame.

@Tiago.Barreira -- Here's my example: Click Here [www.dropbox.com]

In my example, I used the Harbour Deck Surface and its prop, along with the needed Ploppable Asphalt + mod.

Congratulations for the asset! I’m looking for the deck asset that surrounds the wharf. How did you build it? I’m using the elevated pedestrian path as deck. Is there any other asset you used?

Either you can use a terraforming network or Procedural Objects. But no actual option by default
