Read this if you're lazy and want a perfect game
By HargLz and 1 collaborators
Save files and walkthroughs to let you skip the majority of puzzles, cutscenes and mob fights to complete the game.
Some effort required, the collaborator listed made the saves because I was feeling lazy and wanted another perfect game.
Their notes and gameplay recordings make up this guide, I just hosted the files and videos and formatted the guide.
For the Lorestones achievement, just download the 14th save and read the last section.
If you use this guide, you have to give it an award. It's the law. :)

How to Install Saves
Right click on the game in your list and choose Properties.
Deselect the Cloud Save option and close the window.
Open this folder in File Explorer:
C:\Users\%YOURUSERHERE%\AppData\Local\HellbladeGame\Saved\SaveGames

If you have no saves in the folder, start the game and play a new game.
Watch the first cutscene and walk until you see the autosave symbol.
Once it's finished saving, quit.

Save Files Here[drive.google.com]

Replace the 'HellbladeSave_0' file in the location listed with whichever save file you need to load next (Recommend doing them in order or your achievements will unlock out of order and your friends will know you cheated - I did them in reverse order for the meme).

Restart the game and click Continue. The game should load for a short while before the next achievement is unlocked.

The rest of this guide explains how to progress until each achievement unlocks (when you can quit and replace the save file with the one for the next chapter).
Combat
Before you load the saves below, check your keybinds.
The most important things for combat are your block, light attack, and dodge. Most people use LMB for light attacks and RMB for blocks because fights are initiated quickly and a perfect parry is essential for all higher difficulty levels. Dodge is Space by default and I recommend keeping that.

The game automatically locks you onto the first enemy but as you progress through fights, more will spawn, naturally. Pay attention to audio cues to alert you to attacks from behind, allowing you to block and get another perfect parry, locking onto your last attacker when successful. If you miss-time a block, wait for another strike then rinse and repeat.

Spam light attacks, as most base enemies will hit you before a heavy attack lands. Dodging is just space + A or D depending on the weapon animation, use this to avoid overhead strikes, rotate around shields, or just to get some breathing room. The need for dodging will vary slightly by enemy type.

Regular enemies will require little dodging, so rely on parries.
The most efficient way to take down a shield is to hold shift > melee > heavy attack.
For dual wielders prioritise parries, dodging is only necessary when they perform their fast attack.
Heavy enemies will require you to rotate around and spam your light attacks, this works for shielded enemies too.

Shadowed enemies will require you to use focus, which is generated on perfect parries. Your focus level is shown in Senua's mirror on her hip.

A solid rotation is:
Initiate combat by blocking when attacked > spam Light attack > auto-lock onto next enemy.
The Fight Begins
This save will place you next to a lore stone, walk forward and down the ladder to the right, drop down again, and follow the tunnel which will lead into a cutscene and the first tutorial fight. Though you are supposed to lose this, it is a good idea to try and learn the mechanics listed above for future boss fights. Once they turn to shadow let yourself be downed.
Extinguished
You should load in facing a gate/door at the end of the path. Immediately turn and focus on the shrine behind you, this will trigger a 'chase' scene of sorts, the game will guide you fairly well although all you're doing is running in a straight line.

Keep running until you reach the summit, Senua will be burning but don't worry about this, it will lead you into a cutscene that upon finishing, will start the boss fight.

This fight should be simple enough, but may take a while. He wields a two-handed weapon as well as relying on melee, so be prepared to use your A/D dodges mainly with blocking as a secondary. Just keep rotating around him and every time it looks like he's going to do a heavy attack of some sort, dodge and keep light attack spamming. Use the focus you've generated if you're hit too hard or need to slow down time to get past his flame shield activation.
Master of Illusion
Complete the puzzle as shown in the guide below to enter a cutscene and then a fight.

Valravn uses two blades and will most often strike twice in quick succession, you can parry the last strike if you're confident enough or need focus, but generally you should just dodge, rotate behind, and spam light attacks.

His other two attacks include throwing a blade, as well as sometimes retreating before flying towards you, dodge these as they can't be parried.

He spawns some groups of standard enemies, continue as normal with the basic mechanics, though you may have to use focus more than once. The only time it is absolutely necessary to use it is when he turns to shadow like the first enemies but the audio cues should be enough here.

Achievement will unlock partway through the cutscene after you beat him.
Source of the Darkness
Walk forward, when the achievement unlocks, load the next save.
Trust Your Senses
Walk toward the light until you reach another cutscene which will leave you facing a stone, after this, you can go ahead and load the next save.
Different Perspectives
You will spawn on a bridge, walk forward, use A and D respectively to keep balanced. Again, cutscene then stone.
Cure For The Plague
So, this one is a bit of a tough one, you're probably going to have to run around like a headless chicken until you find the runes, but if you look on the floor and see a white/blue glare bouncing off of the water, try to follow because it will most likely be the blue glow of Dillion.

The 'guide' provided below is a bit of a mess but it shows the rune reflection mechanic.

So unless you really want to study the video for 10 minutes to find the turns, just run around until you find the red symbols letting you know the rune is close.

Escaped
Use the guide below if you get lost.

Walk forward and enter the burial mound. Turn right until you reach the first torch, walk towards the cage to trigger the next part of the scene.

Walk back to where you first came through and go left instead. Light the torch and turn right then left toward the lore stone, take every right turn after this until you see the hole in the wall, continue forward until you see another torch to take the last right, then walk towards the red door to interact with it. This triggers a cutscene that takes you back to the beach.

Gram Released
Walk around the tree, and go up the path to the blue glow inside the tree and pull the blade out.
Warrior
Walk across the giant's arm to reach the peak, this will trigger another cutscene.
Into the Mountain
Run along the beach until you are under the bridge, turn left to see a ladder and then run right up the stairs, open the two large doors, once you are met with yet another lore stone, your achievement should unlock.
Tamed the Beast
Follow the path into the water, your torch will go out, run to the middle of the room for the light.

This will trigger the final boss before Hela.

Fenrir attacks similar to Valravn, he retreats, and then lunges, although this time you will have to listen for the cues to be able to dodge. There will be noticeably bigger attacks but generally his standard swipes can be parried, only a few strikes after this can actually hit him but it does generate focus.

Attacks outside of focus do not damage him.

While focused, try to stay underneath his hind legs to avoid having to dodge as often as you would so heavy attacks are most efficient here. He doesn't spawn any enemies.

As the fight progresses, he stops swiping and starts lunging. Dodge.

The last cutscene before the final fight will begin here.
The Final Battle
You load into the third section of the fight, run forward and the bridge will build itself.

You are supposed to lose this fight and you can go down immediately if you just want to finish the achievements and the game will enter the last cinematic

Stories From The North
Loading this save, you should find yourself facing a door. Turn around to unlock the lore stone behind you. Head through the crack in the wall beside the door until you come to a set of spiral stairs, continue all the way up (ignore the door on the right) to see the last lore stone.

And you're done!
Congrats on another perfect game :)

Hey, I missed some Lorestones but I can't get Stories From The North with this save after doing it. It loads in the location stated, but the Lorestones that I missed are still red after using the save.

why would you want to skip parts of the game

I REALLY wish these also followed the Lorestone collection per section too. While I appreciate an easier chance to have all Lorestones, I only missed the last one during the Trials of Odin, and feel confident and anal enough about finding the rest of my own as I have been. Thanks anyway!

When i Downloaded your savefile, i spawned at the location you described (Stories from the north). But when getting the last 2 lorstones, i noticed im missing most lorestones prior to the last 2, most of them are red and only a handful are white, did i do something wrong?

Yeah, I can't get Stories From The North to work.
It loads in the location stated, but only unlocks those two lorestones and not the others. (18.03.24)

Working fine for the achievement Stories From The North (July 22, 2023)

Thanks!!

I did everything according to the guide, loaded the save and the achievement Stories From The North didn't unlock. Also, if the red symbols represent collected lore stones, this save missed 3. How? Is this patched now?
