Every State Independent - Equestria at War

Description
This is a version of Every State Independent mod that uses Equestria at War map. Though this doesn't use anything from the original ESI mod, only the main idea behind is the same. Most importantly, this mod doesn't have eye burning state colors that original ESI has and each state gets a unique (at least i hope they are) color.

Apart from Every State being independent, this mod includes a set of events to randomise or equalise the starting situation of the states. You can skip this setup and use the default options, which for the most part are what the state or the country that state is part of has in Equestria at War. Mod also includes a scripted GUI to claim, core or increase compliance in states. There are also decisions to form nations.

This is a submod for Equestria at War, so run the mod with it.

You may want to play the mod with Battle Royale, if the expansion progress feels too slow. ESI-EaW's own State Management decisions used to be really performance heavy, so there is a starting option to disable the State Management GUI, if you use something else. Performance improvement won't be as big as it used to, but every bit should help when it comes to Every State Independent.

- Updated state data with changes from EaW.
- Updated the Hyena states to use the new generic Hyena portraits.
- Replaced Star Chaser with Slashing Prices as the leader of Zazquiyahuitl as former was removed from EaW.
- Added special Herzland formable for Rosey Luxembark and Communist Gerlach IV.
- Added special Herzland formable for Skyfallian states.
- Added 6 special generals for Hiram Zerranid.
- Changeling and Kirin intelligence advisors now use generic portraits instead of silhouette ones.
- Fixed changeling military advisors not using some of the generic portraits.
- Fixed that Queen Spectre lost her trait in the last update, she was supposed to get a custom version without targeted modifiers against Arcturian Order.
- Fixed Sokatramaraina starting with only 5% support to its starting ideology.
- Fixed Generals/Admirals not getting racial traits.
- Fixed Sirenalia formable not being available.

@Siveen I haven't noted them down somewhere separately but you can find them listed in the files, `localisation/english/esieaw_countries_cosmetic_l_english.yaml` has the formable names, if you know how to find the mod files.

I'm not sure if i understand what you mean, the focus trees in this mod has nothing that transfers land. It can be easy to lose to a surprise attack if you haven't cored much land, but that also applies to the AI. Guard your core VPs, and snipe enemy's ones in the early game where you can just snake around, ignore anything that isn't their core yet.

The translation on the setup events and state management GUI was done with one of EaW artists, who is Ukranian afaik, not Russian. He also helped with some flags. State/strat region names and some formable stuff come from basemod, rest of the formable names are done with my own little understanding of Russian tho (i'm Turkish), which isn't much and i'm sure i got quite a lot wrong. Anything else is untranslated and should show English text, including some of the setup events because i didn't go back to ask for updated translation after changing some of the events. So yeah, it is quite a mess in general.

The mod is good, but something is annoying. You play like this for a small country that doesn't have its own national focuses, and then at one point you lose, because some country gets all your territories through focus.

@mustaphatr Thanks for the info, I can understand why it's being laggy, but i'd made a sub-sub-mod for this without play testing the actual mod, I'll try the individual continents, then decide if it's worth continuing coding

@babanonk09 No, those freezes happen to me as well, the amount of countries the mod has cause those stuff to take long. If you aren't having any crashes/CtDs, you may want to reduce how often game creates autosaves. War declarations will decrease as the game moves on, you gotta live with them in the early game. You can limit your game to a specific continent or use strategic regions start if the amount of countries at the start is too much for your device.

I’m having issues with this sub mod, it takes a while to run but it will occasionally almost freeze, and when this happens its always followed by several countries declaring war, or it’s followed by an autosave. Any way to fix this?
