Use No Vanilla Citizensto prevent vanilla citizens spawning.

Includes 43 individuals with 27 different models.That means each type of citizen or tourist has 2 different models.

All models are from the internet.
I just optimized them and binded them to the citiesskylines game skeleton.

800-1800 tris and
512x512 textures(d,a,c) ,a few 512x1024

Use game auto generated LOD, because they are too small.
