Starfleet Headquarters

Description
A big and gaudy HQ if you feel so inclined. Painted to fit in with Duty's Starfleet ship designs. Technically this is only one segment from Two-Hands' N.C.I. Modular Station collection, but with some modifications. I changed some of the docks to hangars for fighter carrying so it could also serve as a well-defended platform for building fighters and saving fighter blueprints.
