Description
In communist countries with the abolition of private property landlords became a thing of the past. All land was held in common and divided into communes. Everyone had an equal right to housing except for the Kommissars who got to live in nicer houses than ordinary workers. Build clusters of houses on collectivized plots of land to improve housing efficiency on a low budget.

It would be nice to integrate daily needs, perhaps with new projects. Kindergarten, school, hospital, fire brigade and shop...Nice mods are using them for the first time, thanks for that

I love this mod, but it would be really nice to have a version without the church buildings since they don't function as churches and its just weird to be building so many churches in a communist country. Still very useful tho, thanks Novu!

I love using these for my little villages that don't need hulking apartment blocks. My only criticism is they don't seem to have lighting. Also, if we could get some more paths the bigger blocks would be much more visually appealing. Still, I like these quite a bit!

Make sure you connect it to a road but otherwise it should work.

Unfortunately this mode no longer works, nobody goes out, neither to work nor for their purchases.

Maybe replace church model with some building, since we can't mix building types church is not functional here. Aestheticly it's wired to have church build next to comune that seems to have it, but only seems. Good mod anyway:steamthumbsup:

Exactly, I think you should make them much more expensive in wood. Don't hesitate, wood is still very cheap, and this is a game changer, with 400 workers at the start.

I think the communes should have lots more boards as a requirement. Like 5x as many. They're cheap anyway.

Certainly a neat idea for low-rise housing without having thousands of individual buildings.
