They have the same HQ cards from this mod and Apoka Fan Made cards. They also actively improve that mod with deckbuilding, scripts etc. My mod is finished and will remain a complete vanilla version.

Thanks! I have the card we're looking for, I've just been very busy and have not had the energy to do the final stuff for the mod. It will come around eventually tho. Sorry for the wait everyone.

If you are still looking for an HQ version of the Shrieking Exarch, I will check to see what condition my card is in. A friend found 3 unsealed packs from the death cycle for silly cheap.
