Is it possible to change this tooltip text too? to make it like "Multiplier: 1.0 (0.3)"?
Before that, only melee weapons were taken into account.
For those that don't know, the initial xp mult from starting skills is additive in a rather strange way. The base XP rate is 25%, meaning 0.25 base. 1.00 for +1 starting skill (0.25+0.75), 1.25 for +2 (0.25+1.0), etc. But Fast Learner is multiplicative, as are skill books. Meaning having +1 with fast learner is 1.00 * 1.3 with * 3 for reading a beginner's skill book.
Starting with 0 means 0.25 * 1.3 * 3 in that skill. A huge difference.
