About the building

Asset is inspired by Addeo & Sons Bakery. The Addeo family heritage of being a premier maker of traditional italian bread and biscuits began three generations and over 80 years ago with founders Gennaro and Vincenza opening a bread shop in the Little Italy area of the Bronx.

This bakery will be the first of an entire Little Italy collection I plan to publish in the coming months where I take independent Italian American businesses with interesting buildings and/or signage that have endured for decades in places like NYC, Philly, Detroit, St Louis, SF, etc.. Expect to see Salumerias, Pasta shops, Cannoli stores, and much more.

GA - Creating a local copy seems to have worked, thanks for the good suggestion. I love this whole collection!

@crosscountrycpjon - don't know. Was definitely working when I uploaded it almost two years ago and has 7400 subscribers. All I can say is maybe go into your local RICO settings and attempt to re-add Ploppable RICO. I'm on vacation without my desktop PC I use for CS so I cannot test anything...

For some reason, this asset is despawning shortly after spawing, even whenplopping with ploppable rico. Cannot figure out the problem, it is the only asset that does this. Major bummer because I love this asset.

@crosscountrycpjon - thanks for the suggestion. I had planned to include some kind of Italian American club in the collection. Still figuring out where exactly to draw that inspiration. So far I would say the Italian American Society building in Kenosha WI is a decent model. I probably prefer it over your Madison one because it is has the second story. Love the idea of creating a Little Italy for Cities Skylines, something that has been sorely missing from the workshop! If you are looking for ideas, perhaps the Italian Workman's Club building in Madison, WI could be a cool addition.
