Instant Convert

Adds two targeted decisions that allow you to instantly convert the religion or culture of a COUNTY title in your realm that is not the same as your religion. Does not work for duchy tier titles or above, if you're using this you're probably also using Sketchy's cheat menu, use that to change all of your owned land's culture and religion at once.

IMPORTANT: If practicing a religion in secret, using the change religion decision will change the county to your false religion, not the one you are practicing in secret. Use with discretion.
