Salient Solutions - More Merchants

Description
[[Still in testing on our server, ymmv.]]
(I used SDK's scripts on the resource depot as a starting point for this mod.)

The goal for my 'solutions' series mods is a Vanilla+ like experience.

This mod adds more merchants to the stations in the game.

[EQUIPMENT DOCK]
Added a second systems merchant to the equipment dock.

[RESOURCE DEPOT]
Added a salvaging and mining turret merchant.
To protect early game, it shouldn't spawn r-type lasers in starter areas. % of r- type turrets offered by the resource depot should increase as you approach the core.
Most of the turrets offered will be white/green rarity.

[MILITARY OUTPOST]
Added a higher rarity turret merchant.
Added a higher rarity torpedo and fighter merchant.
Must have 80k+ standing to access.
Since it has many high rarity items the prices have been increased by 50%.

[TURRET FACTORY]
Can now dismantle turrets.
Added a standard turret merchant.

[FIGHTER FACTORY]
Added a standard fighter merchant.

[TORPEDO MERCHANTS]
You can now use amount boxes to buy torps in bulk

[CREW]
I was considering adding tweaks to hiring crew on this mod, but since its technically not a merchant I've separated it off into it's own mod. Also it could interfere with other mods that make changes to crew availability that your server may already be running. By being separate it will remain optional in case you prefer something else.

All stations will have 20% more crew available to hire. Also military stations will always have captains commanders and generals for hire. Habitats and Biotopes have much more standard crew. More boarders are available early game, and more:

----- KNOWN ISSUES -----

[RESOLVED] If the mod is added to an existing server, only newly discovered or created stations will have the new merchants.

I wish i could sticky Lofi's comment, but since i cant i'll repost it here:
For those that have problems with this or ANY mods that run on servers, if you get this error:
Requires version 1.0+ and its 0.0

That is on your end (Your PC). Meaning, you most likely used the mod in the past & unsubbed. But, never truly removed the mod from steamapps/workshop (Manually deleting the mod).

Even re-subbing won't work. You'll have to manually remove the mod, then hop on back to your server. It will begin to download & install the mod.

There may be some issues out there due to version mismatch, so i'm enforcing updates here on out. I wont push an update more than once per week. Not a big deal for single player, but if you have a server out there you'll need to restart/update it.

This patch fixes the issue where if you install the mod on an old save, the stations that you had already discovered wont have the new scripts. Now it'll check the stations to be sure they have the scripts. This 'may' increase load times, but i doubt it.

Also I added a second systems merchant to the equipment dock. This may be a bit op in pure vanilla, but considering the standard equip dock reserves 5 of its 14 slots for 'starter' items I decided to do it. The new merchant doesn't reserve any of slots, so all items have a chance to appear. This is nice if you are running mods that add more systems to your game since you'll have a better chance to find what you are looking for.

Added higher rarity torpedo and fighter merchant to military outposts (must have 80k+ standing to access).
Also, since it has many high rarity items the prices have been increased by 50%.
Added standard turret merchant to turret factory.
Added standard fighter merchant to fighter factory.

Added a higher rarity turret merchant to the military outpost. Increased the founding cost of the military outpost to reflect this addition. You 'should' need a standing of over 80k to use this merchant.

i was messing with all kinds of stuff, with just sdk station overhaul and those two mods, same thing happened, even though it worked fine in another galaxy, where adding this one would cause it to fail. modding is weird sometimes

actually, now that you mention it, the icon to reopen it is gone. Not sure why this is happening since our mods should be appending the init file. i'm looking into it.

what are their mod IDs? I use a sector overview mod and it seems to still work.

having an issue with this mod, i cant seem to get this mod to work with the sector manager mod or flight overview mod no matter what i do, if this mod is enabled, those two dont show up in the upper corner
