Port Lime - Babylon Overhaul

Description
A bunch of changes to the so-broken-its-not-even-funny Babylon civilization! I didn't think I'd have to baby Firaxis on this but so lon as this goes on I stand corrected.

Special thanks to everyone who helped me out with this mod and all of you who continue to support me even though my updates are sparse and my bugfixes sparser. It has been a trying past few years, and nowadays I rarely get to mod between my constant unending meetings and schoolwork. I'm trying my level best, and your patience and continued well-wishes are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Do you like my mods? Do you want to see me make more of them? I do most of my modding work in a coffee shop, so consider donating something for some coffee if you like my work:

One last thing: If you ever want to learn to mod, or if you just wanna look at the modding process, or if you just wanna hang out - there's a brand new discord for you! Please mosey over to the Civ VI Modding Helpline:

Hi I have i little problem, when i play i Lime Babylon, I don't have Babylonian Bowman from Steel and Thunder UU mod. How can I fix this? Please help!

I believe the change to the Palgum makes this partially incompatible with the Wetlands mod, due to the Oasis and Irrigation Farms not counting as regular farms, and therefore not benefitting from extra food from fresh water access

There will likely be compatibility issues if you use Civilizations Expanded with any mod that reworks an existing Civilization. It'd be for the best if you don't use them together.

Is this mod compatible with the Civilizations Expanded mod, will the bonuses stack or will there be compatibility issius?

For some reason when I constructed a wonder I wasn't given any technology? I do run a suite of mods so maybe there is a conflict somewhere.

This is a brilliant mod. Babylon was a gimmicky joke that I had no interest in playing but I'll give them a try now with this mod so thanks!

@Doomed World: It's unlikely, sorry.

@Vicc: I don't feel the need to be more respectful to Firaxis - in fact, I believe I was pulling punches. Their mistakes are embarrassing at best, propagate misinformation on average, and sow casual racism at worst. They need to shape up.

Any chance of reworking the Byzantines? Given they were a bastion of Science and Culture in the dark ages it would be nice if they were more than just Crusade

Thanks, these new civs are bonkers without mods. :)
