I read your post about the Gem V2 mod I'm very familiar with the Starbound modding code unfortunately I'm no artist but I am willing to help you make this mod a reality if you provide the art.

@Eve Oh for sure! I'd be happy to receive help where I can as I have some ideas to make the new mod well filled with content and it'll feel like a proper race. Right now the project has been on a bit of hold, but I chip away at it whenever I can.

Hey I just wanted to let you know that I saw your posts about the gem mod and honestly I think if you did go through with it that it would be fine. The mod is based off of a copyrighted content anyways and the author of that mod has no actual claim to the ideas of Steven Universe. Therefore, anyone should be free to make starbound mods/content based off of it. Although it may seem like you're taking the idea from them, it wasn't actually the mod author's idea in the first place. Plus I'm sure anyone who loves SU would be estatic to have a starbound SU mod. Whenever I learn how to code in C++ in school I sure wouldn't mind helping out in the process either.

You're probably thinking of the "I want to drive/fly/mechanize that van" mods. The vanilla van is unusable and only a decoration. I asked the author if I can change the texture of his mods too, but I have to wait until I get permission to proceed.

wasnt this a mech thing or do vans just look very similar?
