Rauma is a town of ca. 39 000 inhabitants on the west coast of Finland. The town is known for its paper and maritime industry and its well-preserved wooden old town.

Asset can be found in level III unique buildings tab.
Lot size: 10.5 × 12 (the actual footprint is somewhat L-shaped).
The asset has slightly higher stats compared to vanilla courthouse.
