Description
Fight as the defenders of Helm's Deep or as the fearful Orks of Saruman attempting to breach its inner walls. Shall the citizens of the stronghold prevail or will the orks crush their defenses and force them to flee into the depths of the mountains?

This is an 8 player scenario, 4 players defend the stronghold of Helm's Deep while 4 players attack it.

-----Victory Conditions-----
---The side of Evil---P2, P4, P6, P8---Destroy the Hornburg.
---The side of Good---P1, P3, P5, P7---Survive for 1 hour and 5 minutes against the ork forces.


-----Civilizations-----
P1: Teutons (Defenders of Helm's Deep)
P2: Vikings (Forces of Saruman)
P3: Britons (The Elves)
P4: Goths (Common Orks)
P5: Huns (Rohirrim)
P6: Celts (Uruk-hai)
P7: Franks (Aragorn and Gimli's Forces)
P8: Aztecs (Dunlendings)

Teams: 12121212

Each player is given a starting hero or heroes to use in battle.

***Set starting age to FEUDAL AGE or lower, it should assign the defenders to be on the feudal age and the attackers to start on the castle age.***

---------- Battle sequence (assuming Helm's Deep remains defended) ----------

---In the beginning, both sides have 30 minutes to prepare their forces for the battle. Building a strong army to defend the walls of Helm’s Deep or creating a strong offensive to destroy the Hornburg.
---At 30 minutes a giant army will be given to the side of evil to use in their assault.
---At 55 minutes the Rohirrim shall come to defend Helm’s Deep and slay the ork forces (if the side of evil has not won already)
---At 1 hour 5 minutes, if the Hornburg is not destroyed, the defenders of Helm’s Deep win.

everything was cool until the orcs never attacked and the riders never showed up. must be a bug

Yea the map isn't really made for singleplayer so there will probably be a few issues with it.

I played this map on single player first and about some time into the game I realized the reinforcements that were supposed to come at 30 min did not appear.(I was defending) So I used the reveal map cheat code and I saw the reinforcements were stuck. The entry point of the reinforcements were blocked due to clustered structures and stayed stuck for the rest of the game. In the end single player was a breeze, but multiplayer was quite fun and intense on both teams

Basically yes, you could try singleplayer but I do not believe the cpus would work correctly
