Floating Drop Containers

Description
Okey, to make 'Unknown Signals' viable on the Water Mod based worlds, I took all the cargo drop containers that can spawn on planets and added filled small hydrogen tank so they will float.

Have fun.

Sorry if they don't look pretty, limited to grid size, later i'll make a custom floater block for them

just tested, they sink since the change of how things float in the updated water mod. and I know but there is barely any different types of water compatible drop containers
