Pawns Choose Tech Sales

Description
Take control over the random research system from Pawns Choose Research by using tech books to force pawns to research a particular technology, a random prerequisite technology, or to pick a new random technology. Reading a tech book also always provides the inspiration speed boost and force queues a research job (if an appropriate bench is available).

If you like a pawn's current project, you can read a tech book solely for the inspiration boost and to force a research job.

Both PawnsChooseResearch and TechSales have been updated to 1.3... So, I was wondering... Will this also get an update to work with version 1.3? Maybe? Please? :lunar2020playfuldog:
