Description
Out in the middle of nowhere ? Marooned on a dreary atmosphere bearing planet ? Love building in small block only? Need Power Now ????

Now that small block ship, rover or life pod can be recharged.

With this 3 x 3 x 3 Small Block Turbine, you just landing gear the small grid down and charge it up :)

4 Levels of output .... 50 kW - 75 kW - 100 kW - 150 kW

With increasing cost in parts to build T1 - T2 - T3 - T4. Basic Construction tech level so no progression needed to build.

Optimal height for Max power is 15 meters with an Optimal wind speed of 75

NOW INCLUDES a 1x1x5 Small Block Wind Turbine Pillar for your turbines ( used the keen Interior Pillar model )

@SKALLABJORN I did see your profile and sent you a PM on discord with an idea. No hurry but it'd be a sweet addition to your small-grid blocks. I know nothing about modding so if it's easier to release them separately, cool, if it's easier to add a config line to able/disable the tech levels, rock on. I'm good either way. I just really appreciate your efforts as a fellow small-grid builder!

Will see what I can do, time allowing. I am not actively modding but my stuff isnt abandoned, I maintain things that break, not authoring new stuff cause IRL im beyond busy lol

Absolutely LOVE this mod for survival play. Adds to the in-depth realism as a RL pilot. Reminds me of a RAT (Ram Air Turbine) for aircraft emergencies. Deploy the RAT, and uses airspeed to keep power in the system. Level-1 will keep you alive but will force you to make choices on which systems to shut down, especially when coupled with DNSK (10-stars out of 5 possible & highly recommended!)
--- Any chance you could release these as individual mods to force survival decision making?

updated raycasting , heights and distances to better small block optimals ( 10 sb high, 10 sb distant )

updated mount points on pillar, you can now mount on the first and last block on all the long sides ( lights etc )
