This is a mod that change the way of the instability works.
The reason I do not simply make your upgrade always success is that if you change the chance of get instability to 0, you can not recycle your units. So I change the debuff for stage 1 and 2, these two debuffs will no longer damage the unit. Also, I change the script so you will always success on first three upgrades on each unit.
