Mountain Resort Night

Description
This is a beautiful mountain resort settled near the river with its own water turbine included, which powers the house and more. Near the river, there is a wood forest with dirt roads. Also included in this resort is a great garden which compliments the house and which also comes with a pool.

VERY RECOMMENDED TO PLAY ON 64 BIT GMOD! & HAVE ENABLED MULTI-CORE RENDERING VIA CONSOLE!!!

I think that the map is lagging due to the fact that there are too many props that have physical properties. Well, also because of the very high quality water in the pool
