Beach Party Base-Game Event + Collectables

This guide shows you how to unlock the following:

• Costumes: Suguri Swimsuit, Hime Swimsuit, Sora Swimsuit
• Homemarks: Parasol, Surfboard, Popsicle
• Dice: Beach Ball, Sun, Sandcastle
• Accessories: Beach Accessories (Poppo, Nath, Tomato & Mimyuu, and Seagull)
• Field: Over the Sea

This event is non-seasonal, so you can do this at any point in time.

Unlocking Mio and Other Base-Game Events

Step 1

First, go to the shop and purchase the "Beach Party" event which can be found in the Retired Events tab. It costs between 700-1000 Stars depending on what discounts you own.

After you make the purchase, return to the main menu and then the first cutscene will play, called "Beach Party - Start".
You can rewatch scenes in the Gallery by going to Player Info-> Gallery-> Cutscenes.

Step 2

Now you must defeat Big the Jonathan 10 times on any difficulty in co-op mode.

You do not need to play all 10 in a row, and if you lose any games it does not reset the counter so don't worry about losing progress. You can do these online or offline but if you are trying to get this done as fast as you can, I recommend playing them offline and using the fast-forward function by holding down Shift and Ctrl.

After you have won 10 co-op games against Big the Jonathan, go to the main menu and it will start the "Beach Party - Cleared" cutscene and it will also be added to the gallery.

And that's it! You've now unlocked the items in the shop and they will no longer say "coming soon" and will be available for purchase!

Now all you gotta do is grind for stars.

Field: Over The Sea

Default events: Air Raid, Home Roulette
Cost: between 17,500-25,000 Stars

Did you watch the cutscenes? That's what activates the counters

did it using casual 10 times, didn't work did i do something wrong?

Yep I would definitely recommend playing through Star Breaker's story chapters then. And if you ever have trouble in the story mode, just use Tomomo because she is the best offline character (when you play Tomomo online she gets nerfed and has the card description for "Softened Tomomo"). But yeah Citadel should be another really good one for stars. And yeah for levelling up you must play online since that's the only way to get experience. I've been playing for over a year, it's my most played game on Steam, and I'm still a bit lower than level 100 :p

Good advise i guesse i progress her story then i have all chars bought it when ti was on sale hence the reason why i also wanted to complete your other guide so all that is left for me is the monster characters as i also bought the games for bonus chars (since they are very cheap now). I think the citadel might be great too i grinded like 1000 stars on casual there before i could even finish because how it is set up. But for now i want to lv up my normal lv so i can get the castle (my ultimate goal)

Awesome, I'm glad my guides were able to help!

Personally, my favourite way to grind lots of stars is to play Star Breaker's story chapter 4 on Casual, because the map is Farm and the AIs rarely ever Norma when they are on Casual difficulty so you can easily grind hundreds of stars every match! You can do this for the base-game character too if you don't have Breaker pack, but the main thing is that you want to be on the Farm map

again a usefull guide got them unlocked too i guesse i will save the stars until i can buy one of the beach outfits :p got the shark costume and i might go for the jojo outfit once i have the duck unlocked
