Playable Koopa Troopa Shells

There is no reason why I made this mod but I find it funny so it's staying.


Play as the iconic koopa troopa shells from mario kart! Not a koopa troopa, just the shells.


The playable koopa shells are the green shell, red shell, and blue shell for you to remind your firends of how *fun* mario kart is when frantic items are on.

The blue shell can be switched to from the hub, but the other shells are found in the player swap menu because their NPCs wouldn't appear.
