Finally the Resistance Gore mod is here! Its still in development.

Flesh chunks upon shooting!

Its compatible with any blood mod! Mix and Match it to your own liking really. (Ik zal je vermoorden zal je dat niet doet! Grapje!!!! Ik hou van je!)

Fun part is .... more will come with the updates and improvements.
