The Alto has been LKF's frontline fighter since the beginning of the Kolony. Its reliable, sturdy and hard hitting design has filled the role perfectly. Excelling at dogfights are striking ships there has never been a need for a replacement. Alto's are relatively cheap, well armed and have good protection too.


The Mk.V upgrade saw some new additions to the Alto:

• Fighting time was greatly increaed due to the addition of 4 small hydrogen tanks.
  
• A rocket pod was added mounted under the cockpit for better strike capabilities.
  
• Heavier armour on the sides and bow
  
• Remote control block was added
  
• Ion thrusters removed
  
• Extra side thrust
  
• Additional ventral armour
  
  Description
  
  The Alto is a capable fighter. Capable of also striking larger targets. They are relatively cheap to produce and run, with great firepower and armour for its size.
