Description
EmCorp has long since abandoned the planet. Its drones patrol the dusty dunes of what was once a successful mining outpost, but no more.

When the Corporation left, they cared little for the workers stationed far away from home. These people took up arms against the Corporation, and everyone else trespassing on their land.


This pack adds three new factions, each with their own themes:
Emcorp long since left, and all that remains are their dusty, rusting drones that patrol endlessly, and attack anything on sight to protect their property.

The Wastelanders Tribe, lead by a Wasteland King. These survivors are the remains of the Corporations Workers, left to their own devices when the Planet was no longer profitable. They've salvaged much. Though their ships are fickle, they are deadly.


Adds 3 new factions, new tent blocks, chain link fences, and a powerful but fragile Resource Extractor : A rare piece of company tech that provides steady resources...as long as you can hold it. Smash and Grab or fortify, each extractor can pull a different resource.

Generally Speaking:

Wastelanders have a lot of Hit and Run style, and typically only attack select blocks, though from time to time they do send a drone around to sniff out possible targets. Shoot it down before it gets too close. The Wastelanders have claimed old Service Stations and Refineries. Refineries are useful, drop in unrefined ore, and it'll auto-refine it for you, no need to build a refinery yourself. Just don't linger too long.

EMCorp is mostly straight-forward. Mostly slow moving, attack and strafe. They currently have two structures: A Supply depot, and a Core Drill.

The Supply Depot offers some decent salvage, but the Core Drill is the most valuable resource they have right now. By digging deep into the core of the planet, it extracts a constant supply of material. Each Core Drill is set to produce a single resource. If you can find it, and extract what it contains, it could be quite valuable. Damaging the facility certainly catches EMCORPs eyes, but there is another way they can detect you. . .

do we really need rival ai? it looks like we will have issues with it since it is obsolete

The deprecated RivalAI mod self-disables if loaded together with the new MES, so it's fine. You don't need it, and it can be removed from the mod dependencies, but it won't break anything.

Is it known whether or not this is to still work when Modular Encounters Spawner is replaced by the new Modular Encounters System?

The ships are flying crazy just do circles and all finally crash on ground in the server. Is that the normal behaviour???
