San Marino Challenge FM 2021

Description
Simple. I made the San Marino Calcio into three different club, namely teams a, b, and c that played at different levels. Team A can be filled with star players, while Team B and C can accommodate the best players from the San Marino country in the San Marino Challenge FM 2021.

Hi @nic_le_bel in my save game, San Marino can participation to Coppa Italya when the club in Serie B

hai @nic_le_bel I haven't tried it yet, but I used the same way in FM 2020 and San Marino was able to join the Champions League.

Thanks for creating this. I have a couple questions for you:

-How does it work for the Coppa Italia, can the team take part in it?
-How can the team qualify for Continental competitions, can they take an Italian team's spot in the Champions League through a top finish in Serie A?
