Dieselpunk locomotive

Description
Here's a bit of an unusual locomotive for you guys to try out. It's actually a diesel-electric model, it has a large engine that turns a generator which in turn feeds the battery from which the bogeys get powered up. It has pretty basic controls, nothing fancy... it's a dieselpunk model afterall.

The tender currently holds some survival gear. Small hatches allow you to get between the cab and the tender. Watch your step though.

Actually, I had some time and released the first compatible wagon for it. Check out the Required Items section and you'll see it :)

steaming pile of bleh.... It has some interesting ideas in the style department but the mechanicals aren't there. The fundamental design looks OK except the designer obviously has not done his lab-work. The bogeys aren't articulated as any more-than-2 bogey design needs to be, and it doesn't have any standard coupling. [almost] All of my own workshop items are built to the highest standard and I present a variety of design types ranging from mechanical, diesel electric and diesel-battery-electric.

To change tracks you have to set the frequency to 440 on the keypad.
