Mayor's Mansion by Populous


Dear Mayor,
We the Cims of this great city, wish to honor you with this prestigious Mansion dedicated to serve as your new home and work space for the full term you are in office. Influenced by practices in California and other states ( U.S.A. ).

As this is the first asset of it's kind, it is the first Mayor's Mansion on Steam.

Features:
- Available in game and found under Monuments, anytime
- Looks absolutely gorgeous in game
- Serves as Tourist attraction as they do in California
- Use a prop mod to decorate the landscaping to your desires ( Plenty of open flower beds )
- I try not to request that you download props, unless I intend to use often

Specifications:
- Cost: 10,000 ( After committee raised funds are applied )
- Maintenance: 1,000
- Service Staff: 6
- All other Staff 4 each
- No, the roof is not as orange as the last few pictures.

- Triangles: 5.5k
- Vertices: 2.7k

mikec1071, thank you for getting back to me. I removed the original asset and subscribed, but it worked fine. So why not for you... Do you have a lot of assets and mods? Uncommon dlc's?

I do have After Dark installed, I unsubbed, started game, exited, re-subbed with all 3 inclusions. Still fails to load.

This should not fail.... I assume you have After Dark installed along with the required downloads ( hedges, etc.). This often works: unsubscribe, start game, exit game and resubscribe.
