No Longer Free Agriculture

Description
This tiny mod makes the very first and too longer ignored Agriculture tech no longer free for all civilizations. Players will have to research it before anything else everytime!

For consistency, Workers now require this very first tech, Agriculture if you understood it well, to be built.

Players choosing Prince difficulty and higher will have AIs starting with Agriculture.

Well, due to how I have altered my game, I cannot use most modded civilizations to begin with; so I cannot do much testing on that front. What I can say though, is that it appears to work flawlessly with my fairly modded game. 😁

It doesn't seem to work for modded civilizations but I'll need to run further testing.
