Regarding the Download
So with the recent big update a few things have changed in regards to downloading hats, i have a guide in relation to that, but in short, if you to save the hats locally, head over to the game's directory in \Steam\steamapps\common\Duck Game, create a folder titled Hats, and drop the .png in there.
