Description
Designed and built by the Weyland-Yutani Corporation, Centerpoint Mining and Refining Complex is a completely automous, high-capacity processing and production facility built to move throughout the universe strip-mining asteroids of all their usable ores, processing those collected ores and ice into useful materials, and producing parts for expansion of colonization into the far reaches of space. Mining is performed by its drone miner fleet comprised of AutoSprite miners that are controlled by the Path Auto Miner script. No mods are used, but DLC is included.

Power is supplied by 4 solar pylons, each with 24 solar panels and controlled via Isy's Solar Alignment script to maximize output. Power is stored in 28 batteries, and 12 small reactors (empty) are provided for future use when uranium is discovered and processed.

Station defenses are provided by 24 gatling turrets and 8 missile turrets.

Ore, ice, and part processing and production are provided by 16 advanced refineries, all upgraded with yield modules, 8 advanced assemblers, all upgraded with speed modules, 24 O2/H2 generators, and 8 oxygen farms. Ore is stored in 3 large cargo containers and 4 small cargo containers, hydrogen gas is stored in 5 large hydrogen tanks, and oxygen gas is stored in 6 oxygen tanks.

Station relocation is accomplished via 112 small hydrogen thrusters and 4 jump drives; the maximum jump distance is 1,151 km for an empty station, and 1,063 km for the as-spawned mass. Flight control seats are provided on Sublevel 3 (the very bottom of the station) and Level 5 (the very top of the station). Centerpoint must be reset to a "station" for the Path Auto Miner script to operate correctly. Detailed instructions are given in-game for building and operating the drone fleet.

Ships visiting Centerpoint may land at either of 2 large landing pads, each with 8 docking connectors, at either of 2 small landing pads, each with 4 docking connectors, or in one of 3 hangar bays, each with 2 docking connectors. A small ship printer bay may be used to produce more AutoSprite miners to increase ore production efficiency, and 12 drone miner docking connectors with conveyor sorters set to "drain all" are provided for docking the drone miner fleet. The drone miners are controlled at the Level 5 operations center via 6 dedicated control stations.

Crew services include full accomodations for 32 crew in 4 separate wings. Medical services includes a medical room with 4 hospital beds and a complete diagnostic suite. Centerpoint also includes a fully appointed briefing room, a crew lounge, and a swimming pool. Cryogenic services are provided on Sublevel 3 via 36 cryo chambers.

I loaded a survival game with Centerpoint, make sure I had enough components, then cycled the printer three times. All three times is built the AutoSprite miner without a problem. Perhaps Space Engineers has started glitching for you. I suggest that you exit completely out of Space Engineers, then reload and see if that fixes the problem.

Thanks. I put instruction screens in two locations: 1) the first is in the printer bay (Hangar Bay 4) where you will find two LCD panels full of setup info; the same instructions apply whether your print an AutoSprite or spawn one in; and 2) each of the six control stations in the operations center on Level 5 have instructions for setting up a new path to an ore deposit. Never having used PAM before, I spent a many hours wading through a lot of trial-and-error to get it to work, and there's still a good chance I screwed it up anyway. I tested each of my steps as if I'd never done it before, and everything seemed to work OK, but you know how it is...

Everything works as advertised. Can you add how to set up the PAM arguments when adding new drones? Would have saved me a lot of time. Otherwise no complaints
