Description
Adds 3 drivers, 2 mechanics and 2 designers, which are initially fairly crappy. But they are cheap, have top potential, good traits/components, and the drivers are very marketable. Also, the drivers mentor each other. And they won't peak for decades. So, you know, good things happen to those who can wait.

This was initially made for the 2020 start. Then I noticed that in the normal start, they're a bunch of 16 year old schoolgirls, hence the mod name. Also why they're all Japanese and have names from anime. It seemed like that kind of scenario.

(Plus, I don't really know many Japanese names, outside of historical figures. But you probably don't want to see drivers named after shoguns and such, so I guess anime names will have to do.)

The names:

Drivers: Mako Sato, Yui Narumi, Koyomi Mizuhara
Engineers: Chiyo Mihama, Nana Nishigaki
Mechanics: Ayumu Kasuga (aka, "Osaka"), Tomo Takino

This seems like the coolest mod on the workshop. Why? Because anime! ^-^ Going to give it a try for my first playthrough of the game ever =)

I'm confused, maybe there is something i'm doing wrong. I started a new career with a new team but I can't find them in the scouting list.

Yes are avail for all classes. But for endurance you get only 1 car full. So you wanna fire the bad ones. I find it better to have one very good car and one car with regular drivers. Until jagdtiger adds some more girls. :steamhappy:

OK thank you. So I try to stick the first 2 seasons with racing helper and just be the boss. :-D
