Description
This is a scenario of the modern world - all countries, wonders (both artificial and natural) and natural features are in their correct places. However, since it is difficult to find the exact origins of any one luxury resource, they have been spread mainly around the 'rainforest' areas. Certain unique ones are only found in certain regions. Some countries have been replaced by other civs (e.g.Austria is Canada, Ottomans is Turkey...) and some City-States have been renamed to form smaller countries (e.g. Romania, Korea...)

Morocco is now a fascist empire that has steamrolled everything from Algeria to Ivory Coast. Egypt responded by taking Kenya and Libya 'for their own protection'. Recognizing the danger to its still-fragile empire, Morocco made a hasty peace; a peace which is fraught with tension as the two race against European colonists and each other to carve up the mass of primitive militias that s now Central Africa.

It is now 2024, and we still have one year to go before Morocco steamrolls across north Africa, Egypt takes east Africa, and European nations return to 19th century-style imperialism. Any day now....

This looks good, and I'd love to try it, but I can't find the mods folder! The folders I have under Sid Meier's Civilization V are: Assets, Debug, DirectX, EULA, Locale, Miles, Resource, Tutorials, and VCRedist. I do not see a Mods folder, and searching did not turn up anything. Anyone know what is wrong?

@weslg96 - try loading the mod before looking for the map, or try the instructions i posted 5 comments down.

Seems to be a nice mod, but sadly I can't play it. For me it always crashes in first round, when it's Frances turn.
