Some people seems to be confused on how to construct it, so heres a manual that comes with the file.
Note: you can just skip the internals like rotor, turbo or gasket.

ONLY WORKS WITH 3D FIXTURES!

It is completely modular so you can make 2, 4, 6, or even 8 rotor engine.
