Terraform Everywhere

Description
Does exactly what it says: You can terraform everywhere, even without a terraform candidate modifier. Barren worlds are costly to terraform, though, and molten, frozen, or toxic worlds even more so. This mod is intended to enable mid to late game tall gameplay.

Should be compatible with pretty much anything, because it only adds a few terraform links.

Weird, it works for me. Or at least it has, at some point - I haven't played in some time.
Anyway, I've unlisted it for now, until I get a chance to look at it.
