Welcome to Ambassador Plaza! Where modern luxury meets old-world charm. This Park Critic is here to tell you this: You haven't lived until you've entered Ambassador Plaza listening to the falling water, taking in the nature all around you while seeing the moon through the glass rooftop above. Oh, and the window shopping. Fun! So, thank you Ambassador - I'll be back. And I'll be saving up so I can purchase a luxury residence. Then, I can also have the 5 star World Famous food delivered to me 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week! How lucky those people are!

It's rare that a reputed park reviewer such as myself encounters a property like the Ambassador. True that their legendary "blue carpet treatment" is better than the "red carpet treatment." And yes - they live up to their reputation of 5 star service all around as well. It goes beyond amazing service and attention to detail. Sure, the beauty of the old world that willingly meets the prestige and class of modern clean lines is wonderful to see. Moreover, Mother Nature's beauty is blended inside and out in this unique structure. The building is an impressive park entry for guests, there's the prestigious hotel and restaurant, not to mention all the great things that await Sightseers from above and below the glass ceiling. I highly recommend taking a stroll through the rooftop garden promenade Vista Points. Thankfully, security is present to ensure the beauty endures the occasional teenager who would try to spit on the glass roof. I saw a teenager receive a nice, hefty fine today before being ejected. That was wonderful karma at work.

As you enter the park, you can immediately see that this place is something different. Settle in to one of the luxury rooms. While you're here, you should treat yourself to a fantastic meal at the equally beautiful Ambassador Restaurant. 5 stars? Yes. One can quickly see why it really is "world famous." Oh - get a reservation! Then take a nice walk up to the Monorail station to see the rest of the park!

Lastly, the property has not forgotten its roots. This isn't just a beautiful, modern meets old world, luxury resort and plaza. At the entry, they've also proudly displayed the only remnants from the original hotel destroyed over a century ago and recreated the original, 350 yr old columns. The entry plaque proudly states this ... "just because something is
old, does not mean it is forgotten or discarded. It is embraced." To that, I say "Cheers!"

Info's, Hotel, Restaurant, restrooms, shops, lots of Vista Points and a Monorail will delight guests of all countries who visit. There are more Sightseers (Vista Points located on roof top, lobby, shop windows, etc.), Weekenders for the hotel, Gourmet (restaurant seekers), Big Spenders, and Wealthy visitors as well. I hope you enjoy it!
